Amanda and Nick’s intimate Chicago wedding was filled with meaningful moments, relaxed joy, and classic city charm. They started their day with a private first look in the Art Institute of Chicago’s South Gardens, surrounded by lush greenery. As rain moved in, we headed inside the museum for portraits—editorial, timeless, and perfectly them.
Amanda’s sister led their Lincoln Park Honeycomb ceremony, filling it with laughter, love, and the perfect personal touch. They broke the glass with big smiles, honoring Amanda’s Jewish heritage in a moment that felt both joyful and grounding. After the ceremony, they shared cocktails and dinner at Tortoise Supper Club, their favorite moody River North date-night spot. Just before sunset, they slipped away for golden hour portraits by the river. Amanda changed into a chic second dress as the light turned golden. Their day was the kind of intimate Chicago wedding that blended meaningful traditions with the beauty of the city—rain and all.
